We have a team of skilled and experienced mechanical assemblers, electronic assemblers & solderers, fuel cell assemblers, and technicians, supervisors, and support staff enabling us to produce detailed and complex assemblies and final products, delivered to our customers on time. We extensively cross-train our staff to ensure back-up capabilities to support reliability. We use a host of custom tooling and machinery, most of our own design, to produce as efficiently as we can for any given economy of scale. Typically we build product in quantity ranges of 200 – 20,000 units per year. Many of our processes are easily scalable.

Process
Our assembly process is organized around our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system linking Part Numbers, Sales Orders, Purchase orders, Work Orders, Bills-of-Material, Routers, Documents, and Training. Our ERP system is completely integrated with our Product Configuration Management as well as many administrative functions such as performance metrics, cost control, and planning. We enhance the reliability of all our systems by continuously backing up our electronic data across multiple physical locations. Our Production and Engineering Teams interact face-to-face on a daily basis, minimizing down time and facilitating continuous process and product improvement.
We have over 600 active vendors with key vendor relationships in automated circuit board assembly, plastic molded parts, and certain customized components.
We have an Approved Vendor system and establish multiple sources for components whenever possible.
Efficiency
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and strive for continuous improvement of our Quality System including the areas of Employee Safety & Health and Customer Satisfaction. We use Risk Analysis methods to assist us in decision-making throughout our operation. We use computerized production testing whenever possible. Much of our production data is automatically reviewed in real time to ensure that multiple parameters are within acceptable tolerance ranges. We retain significant production data after shipment. We use Lean Line principles in the majority of our production processes to build standard product with standard options on a variety of platforms. We also support customized options.
