Electrical development and design export is performed with Cadence OrCAD Capture and Allegro PCB Designer. We utilize both in-house and contract manufactured assembly methods for design prototyping and mass produced solutions, and develop a wide variety of tooling solutions for our production facility.
SOLIDWORKS® Flow Simulation packages to aid in design optimization and risk assessment. SOLIDWORKS® Motion and SOLIDWORKS® PhotoView 360 serve as communication aids with vendors and customers.
We prototype models, validate designs, and produce fixtures with our in-house STRATASYS® 3-D FDM printer and our in-house TORMACH 3-axis CNC milling machine. Both of these tools are useful for production jig & tool fabrication.
Our engineers utilize unit and integration testing in the verification of developed code. Our experienced and capable support staff validates firmware-driven systems to project specifications. We use version control frameworks to manage release of all firmware products.
Every year, we execute a variety of projects covering full product life cycle development and system software designs.
We have produced many native language applications for Asia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and North America.
